Sakura soup

Salty cherry blossoms is good for soup. The scent and color are really delicate.

Ingredient

  • 300 cc Broth
  • 4 pieces Brassica flower
  • 2 Salty cherry- blossoms
  • 1 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 1/2 tsp White soy sauce
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Warm the broth.
  • Put the cooking wine, white soy sauce, salty cherry- blossoms, and love into 1.
  • Boil the brassica flowers.
  • Put 3 into soup bowls and pour 2 on it.
