Tomato and soya soup
You can use tofu refuse instead of soy milk. It's easy to use.

- 300 cc Broth
- 1 tbsp Tomato
- 2 tbsp Tofu refuse
- 1 tbsp Cooking wine
- 1 tbsp White soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Japanese parsley
- a lot Love
Warm broth.
Cut tomatoes into bite-size pieces.
Put tofu refuse, cooking wine, white soy sauce, and salt into 1.
Add chopped Japanese parsley stem and 2 to 3.
Pour 4 into bowls and put parsley leaves, then serve.
