Tomato and soya soup

You can use tofu refuse instead of soy milk. It's easy to use.

Ingredient

  • 300 cc Broth
  • 1 tbsp Tomato
  • 2 tbsp Tofu refuse
  • 1 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 1 tbsp White soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Japanese parsley
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Warm broth.
  • Cut tomatoes into bite-size pieces.
  • Put tofu refuse, cooking wine, white soy sauce, and salt into 1.
  • Add chopped Japanese parsley stem and 2 to 3.
  • Pour 4 into bowls and put parsley leaves, then serve.
