Strawberry scone

Strawberry scone has spring taste. It is sweet and tangy.

Ingredient

  • 250 g Flour
  • 25 g Sugar
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 50 g Butter
  • 90 cc Milk
  • 10 g Freeze dried strawberries
  • A lot Love

Instructions

  • Mix flour and baking powder.
  • Add butter to 1and mix well.
  • Add sugar, salt. freeze dried strawberries to 2 with love.
  • Pour milk into 3.
  • Extend 4 to 5cm thickness and die cut with scone shape die cutter.
  • Put milk on 5 and bake it at 200℃ for 13min.
  • Serve with strawberries jam and clotted cream.
