Tofu spring rolls

Dried tofu residue is easy to use. It has a lot of dietary fiber.

Ingredient

  • 2 Skin of spring rolls
  • 2 tbsp Tofu residue powder
  • 2 tbsp Chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp Soya yogurt
  • 30 g Canned Mackerel
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 100 cc Sesame oil
  • 2 Lady fingers
  • A lot Love

Instructions

  • Mix tofu residue powder, chopped onion, soya yogurt, mackerel and love.
  • Put 1 on skins of spring rolls and wrap.
  • Bake 2 with sesame oil.
  • Cut 3 and put lady fingers on top and serve.
