Tofu spring rolls
Dried tofu residue is easy to use. It has a lot of dietary fiber.

- 2 Skin of spring rolls
- 2 tbsp Tofu residue powder
- 2 tbsp Chopped onion
- 1 tbsp Soya yogurt
- 30 g Canned Mackerel
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 2 tbsp Water
- 100 cc Sesame oil
- 2 Lady fingers
- A lot Love
Mix tofu residue powder, chopped onion, soya yogurt, mackerel and love.
Put 1 on skins of spring rolls and wrap.
Bake 2 with sesame oil.
Cut 3 and put lady fingers on top and serve.
