Soya milk and miso mousse

Ingredient

  • 150 cc Soya milk
  • 30 g Soya yoghurt
  • 2 tsp Red miso
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 15 g Agar
  • a little Essence
  • a lot Love
  • 15 Wolfberry

Instructions

  • Mix red miso, sugar, and agar well.
  • Warm soya milk
  • Put 1, essence, and soya yoghurt with love into 2.
  • Pour 3 in bowls and put dried fruits on it and serve.

Notes

New Miso I made last year is ready. It has a very good smell and taste. It is good for mousse.
