Tofu Tea cake
Tofu cake is really fluffy texture and healthy.

- 150 g Silken tofu
- 70 g Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 3 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- A little Salt
- 110 g Flour
- 11/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 pack Tea leaves (Tea bag) 3g
- a lot Love
Mix silken tofu, sugar, egg, rapeseed oil, and salt well with food processor.
Mix flour and baking powder.
Mix 1, 2, and tea leaves with love.
Put cooking sheet in the baking pan.
Pour 3 into 4 and dent the middle.
Bake 5 at 190℃ for 25 minutes.
Tofu cake is really chewy and healthy. Tea leaves in a teabag is called “dust”. It is really fine tea leaves.
