Pickled smelts

Ingredient

  • 10 Smelts
  • 1 Onion
  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 2 Green pepper
  • 2 Japanese ginger

Pickled vinegar

  • 70 cc Broth
  • 70 cc Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Japanese pepper
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Bake smelts on both side.
  • Slice onion, carrot, green pepper, and Japanese ginger.
  • Mix broth, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and love, then heat until sugar melt.
  • Pickle 1 and 2 in 3, then sprinkle Japanese pepper on top.

Notes

Pickled smelts are good to eat in hot days.
