Pickled smelts

- 10 Smelts
- 1 Onion
- 1/2 Carrot
- 2 Green pepper
- 2 Japanese ginger
Pickled vinegar
- 70 cc Broth
- 70 cc Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Japanese pepper
- a lot Love
Bake smelts on both side.
Slice onion, carrot, green pepper, and Japanese ginger.
Mix broth, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and love, then heat until sugar melt.
Pickle 1 and 2 in 3, then sprinkle Japanese pepper on top.
Pickled smelts are good to eat in hot days.
