＊Shortbread cookie is one of English sweets which is made with a lot of butter. Herbsand butter is a good combination.

Ingredient

  • 100 g Unsalted butter
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 100 g Flour
  • 30 g Corn starch
  • 1 g Salt
  • 2 g Thyme
  • A little Thyme for decoration
  • A little Love

Instructions

  •  Beat butter with sugar in a large bowl until it is creamy.
  • Mix flour, corn starch, salt, and thyme.
  •  Mix 1 and 2 with love, then divide into 10.
  • Put 3 on a cooking sheet and press 6cm wide and 5mm thick.
  •  Decorate 4 with thyme.
  •  Bake 5 at 170℃ for 13 minutes.( When the boarders are colored, take them out. Don’tbake too much)
  •   Let 6 rest for 15 minutes on a baking tray.
  •  Then put 7 on basket until they become cold.
