Ingredient

  • 40 g Buckwheat
  • 200 cc Water
  • A little Salt
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 4 pieces Parsley
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt
  • A lot Love

Instructions

  •  Cook buckwheat, water, and salt for 15 minutes. (until there is no water left) Becareful it doesn’t burn.
  • Cut tomato and cucumber into bite-size pieces.
  •  Mix1 and 2, then add olive oil and salt with love.
  •   Put 3 into bowls and put parsley on top and serve.
