Ingredient

  • 300 cc broth
  • 1/2 tbsp onion
  • a little salt
  • 1/2 tbsp cooking wine
  • 1 tbsp White soy sauce
  • 1/2 Spring onion
  • A lot Love

Instructions

  •   Make broth with kelp and tuna.
  •  Warm1, then put sliced onion.
  • After 3 minutes, put sour plum, cooking wine, white soy sauce with love.
  • Taste 3, then if necessary, put salt.
  • Pour 4 and sprinkle chopped spring onion on top.
     

Notes

Taste is different depending on sour plums so you ‘d better put salt last.
