Ball shaped chestnuts paste
This is one of New Year's dishes. It is really sweet like dessert.
Ingredient
- 250 g Sweet potato
- 10 Sweet chestnuts
- 5 tbsp Syrup
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- a little Salt
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Peel the sweet potatoes and put them into 50–degree hot water
- Steam 1 for 15min.
- Mix the syrup and the sugar and warm.
- Mash 2
- Chop 5 chestnuts.
- Mix 3, 4, 5, and love and make balls.
- Cut the other 5 sweet chestnuts into 4th.
- Put 7 on 6.
