Pickled turnip
In Japan, they eat it as one of New Year dishes. It is preserved food.

- 1 Turnip
- 100 g Carrot
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 piece Deep fried bean curd
- 1 tbsp Yuzu juice
- 3 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 4 tbsp Mirin
- 2 tbsp Salt malted rice
- 2 tsp Honey
- A lot Love
Cut a turnip into 1/6 then slice it.
Chop a carrot
Put salt on 1 and 2.
Put deep fried bean curd into 50-degree hot water.
Chop 4
Mix Yuzu juice, rice vinegar, salt malted rice, honey, and a lot of love.
Squeeze 3
Put 5 and 7 in 6
