Red Burdock

Red onion makes burdock nice red. It is really tasty.

Ingredient

  • 2 Burdock
  • 100 cc Pickled Vinegar
  • 2 Bay Leaf
  • 4 Skin of Red onion
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Clean Burdock well (Don’t peel skin)
  • Thin slice 1 and put them in the hot water for 20 min.
  • Pickled 2 in the Pickled vinegar with Bay leaves, Skins of red onion and a lot Love.
  • You can eat it 1 day after. A few days later color changed into beautiful Pink.
