Rolled tube-shaped fish paste cake
Fish paste is pale taste so Japanese basil and sour plum go well with it.

- 2 Rolled tube- shaped fish paste cake
- 4 Japanese basil
- 2 Sour plums
- a lot Love
Chop the sour plums after removing the seeds.
Make a long cut on the upper side of the fish paste tubes and fold them open so one side is white and the other brown.
Put the Japanese basil and 1 on the brown side and reroll the tubes perpendicular to the original length.
Put 2 toothpicks on 4 so it doesn’t open and serve.
