Sweet rice jelly made with Sake lees and green tea
Sake lees is good for health. It is strengthen the immune system

- 100 g Flour
- 100 g Sugar
- 150 cc Milk
- 150 cc Water
- 1 tbsp Green tea powder
- 1 tbsp Sake lees
- a lot Love
Mix the water with the sake lees.
Sift flour into 1.
Mix 2, sugar, green tea powder, and milk well.
Put 3 into a heat-resistant container.
Warm 4 for 10min. in a microwave at 700w.
Cool 5, then cut it and serve.
