rice balls with shrimp

This is one of Nagoya dishes. Fried shrimp goes well with rice.

Ingredient

  • 5 Shrimp
  • 1 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Flour
  • 2 tsp Potato flour
  • 2 C Rice
  • 2 Seaweed
  • 30 cc Rice oil
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Cook rice in the usual mode.
  • Cut off shrimp’s heads and remove the shells, then cut into halves lengthwise.
  • Add the salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, flour, and potato flour to 2
  • Deep- fry 3 with rice oil.
  • Make rice balls with 4
  • Wrap seaweed around the rice balls.
