rice balls with shrimp
This is one of Nagoya dishes. Fried shrimp goes well with rice.

- 5 Shrimp
- 1 tbsp Cooking wine
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Flour
- 2 tsp Potato flour
- 2 C Rice
- 2 Seaweed
- 30 cc Rice oil
- a lot Love
Cook rice in the usual mode.
Cut off shrimp’s heads and remove the shells, then cut into halves lengthwise.
Add the salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, flour, and potato flour to 2
Deep- fry 3 with rice oil.
Make rice balls with 4
Wrap seaweed around the rice balls.
