Steamed fish with ginger

Steamed fish is really healthy. Ginger warms the body.

Ingredient

  • 2 pieces White fishes
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 3 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 1/2 Leeks
  • 50 cc Soy sauce
  • 25 cc Cooking wine
  • 25 cc Mirin
  • 1/4 tsp Japanese pepper
  • 50 cc Sesame oil
  • A lot Love

Instructions

  • Make an incision in the center of the fish, then put grated ginger in it.
  • Put cooking wine on 1, and heat in the microwave for 5min.
  • Put soy sauce, cooking wine, mirin, Japanese pepper, and love on 2.
  • Put chopped leek and hot sesame oil on 3 and serve.
