Steamed fish with ginger
Steamed fish is really healthy. Ginger warms the body.
Servings: 2 people

- 2 pieces White fishes
- 1 piece Ginger
- 3 tbsp Cooking wine
- 1/2 Leeks
- 50 cc Soy sauce
- 25 cc Cooking wine
- 25 cc Mirin
- 1/4 tsp Japanese pepper
- 50 cc Sesame oil
- A lot Love
Make an incision in the center of the fish, then put grated ginger in it.
Put cooking wine on 1, and heat in the microwave for 5min.
Put soy sauce, cooking wine, mirin, Japanese pepper, and love on 2.
Put chopped leek and hot sesame oil on 3 and serve.
