Cooked taro and dried sardine

It is one of Japanese New Year dishes. Taro and sardine is good combination.

Ingredient

  • 10 Small taro
  • 10 g Dried sardines
  • 250 cc Broth
  • 1 tbsp White soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Green laver
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Heat dried sardines in microwave for 1 min.
  • Peel taro and cut into bite-size pieces.
  • Cook 1 and 2 with broth, white soy sauce, sugar and cooking wine.
  • When taro become soft, add mirin, love, and 1.
  • Put 4 in plates and green laver on top.
