Marinated salmon and fresh onion

It is really fresh dish for summer. It' s nice and tangy.

Ingredient

  • 2 pieces Salmon
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Rice flour
  • 50 cc Rice oil
  • 1 Fresh onion
  • 3 tbsp Wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp White soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • A lot Love
  • A little Parsley

Instructions

  • Remove skin of salmon, then put salt around it.
  • Thin slice onion and keep it for 30 minutes.
  • Mix wine vinegar, white soy sauce, salt, and 2 with love.
  • Put rice flour around 1 and fry with rice oil.
  • Marinate 4 in 3.
  • Put 5 on plates with parsley and serve.
