Marinated salmon and fresh onion
It is really fresh dish for summer. It' s nice and tangy.
Servings: 2 people
- 2 pieces Salmon
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Rice flour
- 50 cc Rice oil
- 1 Fresh onion
- 3 tbsp Wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp White soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- A lot Love
- A little Parsley
Remove skin of salmon, then put salt around it.
Thin slice onion and keep it for 30 minutes.
Mix wine vinegar, white soy sauce, salt, and 2 with love.
Put rice flour around 1 and fry with rice oil.
Marinate 4 in 3.
Put 5 on plates with parsley and serve.
