Steamed bream with Maccha

Maccha color goes well with steamed bream. It is light taste.

Ingredient

  • 2 pieces Breams
  • 1 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Maccha
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • a lot Love
  • 1 pack Green leaves

Instructions

  • Put cooking wine on the breams for 10 min.
  • Sprinkle salt and Maccha and love all over the 1.
  • Julienne the ginger.
  • Put 3 on 2
  • Put 4 on the green leaves and steam it for 15min.
