Mackerel rice with grated radish

This is good for people who have no appetite and it is easy to cook.

Ingredient

  • 2 cup Rice
  • 1 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 100 g Radish
  • 1 can Canned mackerel
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Black sesame
  • 2 tbsp Chopped spring onion
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Wash rice and wait for one hour and half.
  • Add cooking wine and can broth to 1 and cook.
  • Mix grated radish, then put soy sauce and sesame oil.
  • Chop spring onion.
  • Put 2 in bowls, then put 3 on rice.
  • Sprinkle shopped spring onion, sesame with love and serve.
