Mackerel rice with grated radish
This is good for people who have no appetite and it is easy to cook.
Servings: 4 people
- 2 cup Rice
- 1 tbsp Cooking wine
- 100 g Radish
- 1 can Canned mackerel
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Black sesame
- 2 tbsp Chopped spring onion
- a lot Love
Wash rice and wait for one hour and half.
Add cooking wine and can broth to 1 and cook.
Mix grated radish, then put soy sauce and sesame oil.
Chop spring onion.
Put 2 in bowls, then put 3 on rice.
Sprinkle shopped spring onion, sesame with love and serve.
