They are the colors of the Girls\u2019 festival. In many Japanese sweet shops there are many diamond shape rice cakes of the color which is called \u201cHishimochi\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Girl\u2019s festival is also called the \u201cPeach Festival\u201d, so we make peach-flavored rice with dried peaches.<\/p>\n<p>Big clams are also a Girls\u2019 Festival food. They tasted good and after eating we make dolls from the shells.<\/p>\n<p>Jelly of sweet sake and peach tea was good combination, too.<\/p>\n<p>My menu for the Girls\u2019 festival was successful!<\/p>\n<p>The Afternoon tea class was for first-time students.<\/p>\n<p>So we made simple English sweets. Every student enjoyed making them.
