Wrapped Sushi

Egg sheet and sushi is good combination. They eat it at the girls' festival in Japan. Carrot means sword to protect against bad disease and demon.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rice
  • 1 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 5 cm Kelp
  • 70 cc Rice vinegar
  • 2.5 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Dried young sardines
  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 1 bag Spring chrysanthemum
  • 6~8 Japanese parsley
  • 6~8 Eggs
  • 1/2~1 tbsp Sugar
  • a little Salt
  • 2 tbsp Starch and water(potato starch:water=1:1)
  • A lot Love

Instructions

  • Wash the rice, steep it in the kelp broth for an hour and a half, and boil it with the cooking wine in a rice cooker.
  • Mix the rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and 1.
  • Boil the carrot and spring chrysanthemums and chop them.
  • Add 2 and Love to 3.
  • Mix eggs, sugar, salt, and starch and water and make some thin omelets.
  • Put 4 on the omelets and wrap it.
  • Tie 6 with the Japanese parsley and put the boiled carrot at the center.
