Lilly bulbs are very nutritious, and good for sore-throat.

Ingredients
- 2 Lily bulb
- 4 Sour plum
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Break up the lily bulbs and put them into 50℃ hot water.
- Steam 1
- Remove the seed from the sour plums and chop them.
- Mix 2, 3, and love.
