- Rice cooker
Ingredients
- 2 cups Rice
- 10 cm Kelp
- 2 Ume plums
- 50 g Dried baby sardines
- 50 g Edamame (fresh green soybeans)
- 5 Japanese basil
- a lot Sesame seeds
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Wash rice and soak with kelp.
- Take out the kelp from step 1, add ume plum and cook.
- Mix steamed edamame, dried baby sardines and love into the rice.
- Cut Japanese basil into thin strips, soak in water and squeeze.
- Serve 3 in a bowl and top with 4 and sesame seeds.
Notes
This is a rice dish that can be eaten even when you have no appetite in summer. It is also good for packed lunch.
