Cooked seaweeds and yam

Ingredients
- 150 g Yam
- 5 g Seaweed(hijiki)
- 1/2 tbsp Cooking wine
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 50 cc Water
- 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 Sprouts
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Wash seaweed(hijiki) and soak in water.
- Cut yam into 1cm chunks.
- Put sesame oil in a frying pan and fry 2.
- Add 1 to 3 and fry.
- Add water, cooking wine, soy sauce and mirin to 4.
- Arrange 5 on a serving dish and garnish with sprouts on top.
Notes
*This recipe allows you to enjoy the difference in texture between the yam’s mild texture and the hijiki’s firm texture. Good for lunch box.
