Ingredients

  • 150 g Yam
  • 5 g Seaweed(hijiki)
  • 1/2 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 50 cc Water
  • 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 Sprouts
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Wash seaweed(hijiki) and soak in water.
  • Cut yam into 1cm chunks.
  • Put sesame oil in a frying pan and fry 2.
  • Add 1 to 3 and fry.
  • Add water, cooking wine, soy sauce and mirin to 4.
  • Arrange 5 on a serving dish and garnish with sprouts on top.

Notes

*This recipe allows you to enjoy the difference in texture between the yam’s mild texture and the hijiki’s firm texture. Good for lunch box.
