Ingredients

  • 2 cup Rice
  • 2 cup Kelp soup stock (include onion)
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 10 g Coconut oil
  • a few Japanese parsley
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Wash rice and soak in kelp broth.
  • Cut a slit in the onion.
  • Take some of the broth from step 1, add in 2, and adjust the water level.
  • Cook 3, then mix with soy sauce, salt, coconut oil and love.
  • Serve in bowls and Japanese parsley on top.

Notes

This recipe allows you to experience the sweetness of onions to the fullest. Please make this recipe when fresh onions are in season.
