Ingredients

  • 400 g Rice
  • 1/2 bag Japanese spinach( komatsuna)
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp White soy sauce
  • 1 tsp White sesame
  • 150 Minced pork
  • 1 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 1 tsp Mirin (sweet cooking sake)
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 1 tbsp Mirin (sweet cooking sake)
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • a little Salt
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Boil Japanese spinach(komatsuna), chop and drain.
  • Mix 1 with sugar, white soy sauce and white sesame seeds.
  • Put minced pork, sake, mirin, sugar and soy sauce in a pot and simmer.
  • Mix eggs, sake, mirin, sugar, salt and make scramble egg with olive oil.
  • Serve rice in a bowl and top with 2, 3, 4 and love.

Notes

This is a very colorful and appetizing rice bowl.
It tastes more refreshing when made with minced chicken instead of minced pork.
