Ingredients
- 400 g Rice
- 1/2 bag Japanese spinach( komatsuna)
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp White soy sauce
- 1 tsp White sesame
- 150 g Minced pork
- 1 tbsp Cooking wine
- 1 tsp Mirin (sweet cooking sake)
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Cooking wine
- 1 tbsp Mirin (sweet cooking sake)
- 1 tsp Sugar
- a little Salt
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Boil Japanese spinach(komatsuna), chop and drain.
- Mix 1 with sugar, white soy sauce and white sesame seeds.
- Put minced pork, sake, mirin, sugar and soy sauce in a pot and simmer.
- Mix eggs, sake, mirin, sugar, salt and make scramble egg with olive oil.
- Serve rice in a bowl and top with 2, 3, 4 and love.
Notes
This is a very colorful and appetizing rice bowl.
It tastes more refreshing when made with minced chicken instead of minced pork.
