Ingredients
- 120 g Butter
- 35 g Granulated sugar
- 2 tsp Water
- 80 g Flour
- 20 g Almond powder
- to taste Powdered sugar
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Knead butter with a speed cutter
- Put granulated sugar into 1 in 3 parts.
- Put 2 into a bowl. Add flour, almond powder, water and love, mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Roll the mixture into 10 pieces and bake at 170℃ for 20 minutes.
- After baking, leave to cool on the baking sheet.
- When it becomes cool, sprinkle powdered sugar on it.
Notes
These cookies are made in Mexico for wedding parties.
The crispy texture is irresistible.
