Ingredients

  • 120 Butter
  • 35 Granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp Water
  • 80 g Flour
  • 20 g Almond powder
  • to taste Powdered sugar
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Knead butter with a speed cutter
  • Put granulated sugar into 1 in 3 parts.
  • Put 2 into a bowl. Add flour, almond powder, water and love, mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Roll the mixture into 10 pieces and bake at 170℃ for 20 minutes.
  • After baking, leave to cool on the baking sheet.
  • When it becomes cool, sprinkle powdered sugar on it.

Notes

These cookies are made in Mexico for wedding parties.
The crispy texture is irresistible.
