Chili con carne
Servings: 3 serves

Ingredients
- 100 g Ground pork
- 100 g Mixed beans
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 Garlic
- 1 Chili pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 120 g Tomato can
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Cooking wine
- 1 cube Consomme
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- a little Pepper
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp each Nutmeg, Cumin, Cinnamon, Chili powder
- a little Tabasco
- to taste Coriander
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Chop onion and garlic, remove seeds from chili pepper.
- Put olive oil in a frying pan, add the onion and garlic and heat.
- When the aroma of 2 comes out, add onion and stir-fly.
- Add ground pork to 3 and stir-fly further.
- Add chopped tomatoes from a can of tomatoes and mixed beans to 4.
- Add cooking wine, salt, consomme, ketchup,Worcestershire sauce, sugar, pepper, bay leaves and love to 5.
- When the liquid in 6 is reduced, add chili powder,nutmeg, cumin, and cinnamon and simmer until the liquid is absorbed.
- Add Tabasco to 7 to taste.
- Arrange rice on a plate, pour over 8 and garnish with coriander on top.
Notes
*Beans and the minced meat make for a perfect combination. Use Tabasco and spiciness to taste. Please use Tabasco and adjust the spiciness to your own taste.
