Ingredients

  • 100 g Ground pork
  • 100 g Mixed beans
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 Garlic
  • 1 Chili pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 120 g Tomato can
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 1 cube Consomme
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • a little Pepper
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1/2 tsp each Nutmeg, Cumin, Cinnamon, Chili powder
  • a little Tabasco
  • to taste Coriander
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Chop onion and garlic, remove seeds from chili pepper.
  • Put olive oil in a frying pan, add the onion and garlic and heat.
  • When the aroma of 2 comes out, add onion and stir-fly.
  • Add ground pork to 3 and stir-fly further.
  • Add chopped tomatoes from a can of tomatoes and mixed beans to 4.
  • Add cooking wine, salt, consomme, ketchup,Worcestershire sauce, sugar, pepper, bay leaves and love to 5.
  • When the liquid in 6 is reduced, add chili powder,nutmeg, cumin, and cinnamon and simmer until the liquid is absorbed.
  • Add Tabasco to 7 to taste.
  • Arrange rice on a plate, pour over 8 and garnish with coriander on top.

Notes

*Beans and the minced meat make for a perfect combination. Use Tabasco and spiciness to taste. Please use Tabasco and adjust the spiciness to your own taste.
