Ingredients

  • 130 Oatmeal
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 50 ml Soy milk
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 30 g Butter
  • 30 g Walnuts
  • 30 g Dried fruit
  • a lot Love

Soy milk jam

  • 200 ml Soy milk
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Use a speed cutter to grind the oatmeal into small pieces.
  • Mix 1 and baking powder well
  • Add sugar and butter to 2.
  • Add soy milk to 3 and mix well.
  • When 4 is combined, add dried fruit and walnuts.
  • Roll out the mixture to about 5 cm in diameter and cut out using a scone mold.
  • Bake at 170 degrees for 17 minutes.
  • Mix all of the soy milk jam and boil down overheat.

Notes

Soy milk jam is a very light but flavorful jam.
It goes well with oatmeal scones.
