Braized wakame seaweed and ginger

Ingredients
- 60 g salted wakame seaweed
- a pinch ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- a little Love
Instructions
- Wash and remove salt from wakame seaweed and soak in water for 20 minutes.
- Cut 1 into bite-sized pieces.
- Pour boiling water over 2.
- Finely chop ginger.
- Put sesame oil in a frying pan and fry 4.
- Add 2 to 5 and fry briefly.
- Add soy sauce and love to 6. Add salt to taste.
Notes
*Wakame is one of the very healthy food with full of minerals. It also contains the water-soluble dietary fiber alginic acid, which helps to slow the rise in blood sugar levels after meals and lower cholesterol levels.
