Ingredients

  • 250 g Sweet potato
  • 3 Sweetened chestnuts
  • 5 tbsp Chestnut syrup
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Mirin (sweet cooking sake)
  • 1 Chestnut
  • a little Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Green tea powder
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Soak sweet potatoes in hot water at 50 degrees for20 minutes.
  • Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into 1 cm pieces.
  • Steam 2 in a steamer.
  • Mash 3 with a masher.
  • Cut the kuchinashi in half and put it in a small paper bag.
  • Knead together 4, syrup, sugar, mirin, salt, 5, and love.
  • Add matcha to 1/3 of 6 and knead.
  • Divide the chestnuts into four equal portions.
  • Squeeze2/3 of the yellow and 1/3 of the green into a ball-shape and top with 8.
