Matcha Chestnut dumpling

Ingredients
- 250 g Sweet potato
- 3 Sweetened chestnuts
- 5 tbsp Chestnut syrup
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Mirin (sweet cooking sake)
- 1 Chestnut
- a little Salt
- 1/4 tsp Green tea powder
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Soak sweet potatoes in hot water at 50 degrees for20 minutes.
- Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into 1 cm pieces.
- Steam 2 in a steamer.
- Mash 3 with a masher.
- Cut the kuchinashi in half and put it in a small paper bag.
- Knead together 4, syrup, sugar, mirin, salt, 5, and love.
- Add matcha to 1/3 of 6 and knead.
- Divide the chestnuts into four equal portions.
- Squeeze2/3 of the yellow and 1/3 of the green into a ball-shape and top with 8.
