Roselle sushi for Girl’s festival

Equipment
- melon shaped die-cutter
Ingredients
- 2 bowls Rice
- 2 tbsp Roselle malts
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- a little Salt
- 1 tbsp Broth
- a little Cucumber
- 4 Smoked salmon
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Cook rice as usual.
- Make scrambled egg with egg, sugar, salt, and broth.
- Mix 1.2.and chopped Roselle malts with love.
- Die cut 3 with melon shaped die cutter.
- Put cucumber and smoked salmon on top of 4 and serve.
Notes
* Roselle malts make rice really sticky and colorful sushi.
