Roselle sushi for Girl’s festival

Equipment

  • melon shaped die-cutter

Ingredients

  • 2 bowls Rice
  • 2 tbsp Roselle malts
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • a little Salt
  • 1 tbsp Broth
  • a little Cucumber
  • 4 Smoked salmon
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Cook rice as usual.
  • Make scrambled egg with egg, sugar, salt, and broth.
  • Mix 1.2.and chopped Roselle malts with love.
  • Die cut 3 with melon shaped die cutter.
  • Put cucumber and smoked salmon on top of 4 and serve.  

Notes

* Roselle malts make rice really sticky and colorful sushi.
