Ingredients

  • 300 g Chicken breast
  • A little Salt
  • A little Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 1 Leek
  • 5 Sliced ginger

Miso sauce

  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 1/2 Leek
  • 30 g Walnut
  • 1.5 tbsp Miso
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1.5 tbsp Chicken steamed soup
  • A lot Love

Instructions

  • Prick the entire surface of a chicken breast with a fork and put water (50cc), sugar(1tsp), and salt (1tbsp) then rub 100 times.
  • Put cooking wine, salt, pepper on 1, then rub.
  • Put leek and ginger on 2, then heat for 10 minutes in a microwave.
  • Make miso sauce. Mix chopped fried walnuts, ginger, leek, miso, soy sauce, and chicken steamed soup.
  • Thin slice 3 and put 4 on top and serve.

Notes

*Miso sauce goes well with chicken. It is good combination with rice.
