Steamed chicken with miso sauce

Ingredients
- 300 g Chicken breast
- A little Salt
- A little Pepper
- 1 tbsp Cooking wine
- 1 Leek
- 5 Sliced ginger
Miso sauce
- 1 piece Ginger
- 1/2 Leek
- 30 g Walnut
- 1.5 tbsp Miso
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp Chicken steamed soup
- A lot Love
Instructions
- Prick the entire surface of a chicken breast with a fork and put water (50cc), sugar(1tsp), and salt (1tbsp) then rub 100 times.
- Put cooking wine, salt, pepper on 1, then rub.
- Put leek and ginger on 2, then heat for 10 minutes in a microwave.
- Make miso sauce. Mix chopped fried walnuts, ginger, leek, miso, soy sauce, and chicken steamed soup.
- Thin slice 3 and put 4 on top and serve.
Notes
*Miso sauce goes well with chicken. It is good combination with rice.
