Fried noodle
Servings: 2 serves
Ingredients
- 2 Noodle
- 2 leaves Cabbage
- 1/2 Carrot
- 5 Shrimps
- 1 Shiitake mushroom
- 2 tbsp Thin sliced bonito
- 10 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Green laver
- 1 tbsp Red ginger
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Perforatenoodle bag and warm for 1minute in the microwave.
- Thinslice cabbage, carrot, shiitake mushroom and green pepper.
- Cutshrimp vertically in half.
- Fry3 with sesame oil. When shrimp become red, take them out.
- Stir-fry2 with sesame oil.
- Steamcarrot for 1 minute with microwave, then put it in 5.
- Season6 with 5 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce and salt with love, then take them out.
- Put1 into frying pan with sesame oil, then sprinkle cooking wine on top and fry.
- Season8 with 5 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce.
- Add4 and 7 to 9.
- Put10 on plates and put green laver, red ginger, and dried tuna on top and serve.
- *SPut 1 into frying pan with sesame oil, then sprinkle cooking wine on top andfry.
Notes
hrimp fried noodle is very refreshing taste.
