Setsubun soup with dried soy beans

Ingredients

  • 30 Dried soy beans
  • 500 cc Kelp broth
  • 30 g(10cm) Radish
  • 20 g(10cm) Carrot
  • 10 g(10cm) Burdock
  • 2 tbsp Chopped leek
  • 1.5 tbsp Miso
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Cut radish, carrot, and burdock into 1cm cube.
  • Cook 1and dried soy beans with kelp broth until they become tender.
  • Put miso with love in 2.
  • Pour 3 into bowl and sprinkle chopped leek.

Notes

*They say demons are gone away by dried soy beans.
This dish is rich in nutrients.
