Ingredients
Skin
- 130 g Strong flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1.5 tbsp Sugar
- 80 cc Hot water
- a little salt
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
Filling
- 100 g Minced pork
- 2 Dried Shiitake mushroom
- 50 cc Shiitake broth
- 1 Leek
- 1 tbsp Ginger juice
- 1/2 tbsp Cooking wine
- 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Miso
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1/4 tbsp salt
- a little Pepper
- A lot Love
Instructions
- Mix strong flour, baking powder, sugar, hot water, salt, and sesame oil and knead, then wait for 15 minutes.
- Soak dried shiitake in water and chop.
- Chop leek.
- Mix 2, 3, minced pork, shiitake broth (from2), ginger juice, soy sauce, miso, sesame oil, salt, and pepper with love and knead it well.
- Divide 4 into 6 parts, then make balls.
- Divide 1 into 6 parts and roll with rolling pin.
- Put 5 on 6 and wrap.
- Steam 7 for 8 minutes.
Notes
*It is easy to make because of the baking powder. You can eat them with chili oil.
