Jew’s mallow soup
Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
- 20 g Jew’s mallow
- 150 cc Broth
- 150 cc Soy milk
- 1 tsp White soy sauce
- a little Salt
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Chop Jew’s mallow.
- Put broth and 1 with love into a pot and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add soy milk to 2 and seasoned with salt and white soy sauce.
Notes
Jew’s mallow has a lot of calcium and fiber which melt with water. It help to remove cholesterol.
