Short bread cookies with herb
＊Shortbread cookie is one of English sweets which is made with a lot of butter. Herbsand butter is a good combination.

Ingredients
- 100 g Unsalted butter
- 50 g Sugar
- 100 g Flour
- 30 g Corn starch
- 1 g Salt
- 2 g Thyme
- A little Thyme for decoration
- A little Love
Instructions
- Beat butter with sugar in a large bowl until it is creamy.
- Mix flour, corn starch, salt, and thyme.
- Mix 1 and 2 with love, then divide into 10.
- Put 3 on a cooking sheet and press 6cm wide and 5mm thick.
- Decorate 4 with thyme.
- Bake 5 at 170℃ for 13 minutes.( When the boarders are colored, take them out. Don’tbake too much)
- Let 6 rest for 15 minutes on a baking tray.
- Then put 7 on basket until they become cold.
