Light pickled cucumber

Pickled cucumber is good for not only rice but wine.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cucumber
  • a pinch Salt
  • 30 cc Plum vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Dried red plum leaves
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Slice the cucumber, mix salt with the pieces, and leave for a while until water comes out
  • Mix dried red plum leaves, plum vinegar, and love.
