Shijimi clam soup
Shijimi helps to recover from fatigue. It is good for breakfast the next day after the drinking.
Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
- a handful per person Shijimi clams
- 300 cc Water
- 1 tsp Fermented rice with salt and water
- A pinch Salt
- A little Spring onion
- A lot Love
Instructions
- Put the shijimi and water into a pan and heat at medium heat.
- As the shijimi clams open, take them out.
- Add Fermented rice with salt and water to soup without clams.
- Put 2 into a bowl and add 3
