Shijimi clam soup

Shijimi helps to recover from fatigue. It is good for breakfast the next day after the drinking.

Ingredients

  • a handful per person Shijimi clams
  • 300 cc Water
  • 1 tsp Fermented rice with salt and water
  • A pinch Salt
  • A little Spring onion
  • A lot Love

Instructions

  • Put the shijimi and water into a pan and heat at medium heat.
  • As the shijimi clams open, take them out.
  • Add Fermented rice with salt and water to soup without clams.
  • Put 2 into a bowl and add 3
