Walnut Cake

Walnut Cake

It is really soft Japanese sweet. Walnuts and rice cake are good combination.

Ingredients

  • 50 g Glutinous rice flour
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 80 cc Water
  • 10 cc Soy sauce
  • 30 g Walnut
  • a lot Love
  • 2 tbsp Starch of dog-tooth violet

Instructions

  • Mix the glutinous rice flour, sugar, water, soy sauce and love.
  • Put 1 into a microwave for 3 min.
  • Add walnuts to 2.
  • Put 3 on a cooking sheet and spread thin.
  • Put 4 into the refrigerator.
  • Cut 5 into suitable- size pieces.
