Mugwort Cheese scones
Mugwort is spring vegetable in Japan. Color and scent are both good.
Servings: 10
Ingredients
- 300 g Weak flour(cake flour)
- 20 g Strong flour(bread flour)
- 20 g Parmesan cheese
- 3 g Mugwort powder
- 15 g Baking powder
- 75 g Unsalted butter
- 50 g Cottage cheese
- 50 g Sugar
- 120 cc Milk
- 2 g Salt
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Mix the weak flour, strong flour, parmesan cheese, mugwort powder, baking powder,
- unsalted butter, cottage cheese, sugar, and salt.
- Put milk and love into 1.
- Spread 2 into 2.5cm thick layer.
- Bake 3 for 15min. in 200℃ oven.
