Baked eggplant

Baked eggplants are really soft. Any kind of sauce is good for it.

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggplants
  • 4 tbsp Sesame oil

  • 2 tbsp Cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp Bacon
  • 1 tbsp Spring onion
  • 1/2 tsp Soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp Miso
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Spring onion
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Cut eggplant into halves horizontally and make cross cuts with a decorative knife.
  • Then put them in 50-degree hot water for 10 min.
  • Put sesame oil in a frying pan, then put 1 in skin side down. Put sesame oil on the upper side, too.
  • Put the top on the frying pan, and steam the eggplant
  • Bake 4 until it softens a little, then let sit 5min.without heat.
  • Chop Bacon and spring onion, then mix cream cheese・soy sauce・and a lot of love(Ⓐ)
  • Chop spring onion, then mix miso・mayonnaise・and a lot of love(Ⓑ)
  • Put 8 on one eggplant half and 7 on the others.
