Soup of Edamame (young soybeans)

It is Japanese style soup. Edamame makes soup nice green.

Ingredients

  • 50 Edamame (Young soybeans)
  • 600 cc Water
  • 1 Cube of Soup stock
  • 1 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 1 tbsp White soy sauce
  • a little Salt
  • 1 tbsp Spring onion
  • 1 tbsp Starch
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Steam young soybeans
  • Mix 1 and a cube of soup stock in a mixer.
  • Put cooking wine, white soy sauce, salt, and starch in 2
  • Thicken 3 and taste it. (If you need to , add salt)
  • Pour 4 in a soup bowl and sprinkle chopped spring onion and a lot of Love.
