Lotus seeds scone
Lotus seeds has a lot of potassium to get rid of swelling.
Servings: 8
Ingredients
- 250 g Flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 25 g Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 80 g Butter
- 60 cc Milk
- 30 g Sweet lotus seeds
- A lot Love
Instructions
- Mix flour and baking powder.
- Add butter to 1 and mix well.
- Add sugar and salt to 2 with love.
- Pour milk into 3.
- Thin slice sweet lotus seeds.
- Mix 5 with 4.
- Stretch 6 to 5cm thick and die cut with scone cutter.
- Bake 7 for 13 minutes at 200℃
- Eat with clotted cream and sweet green beans paste.
