Cooked taro and dried sardine
It is one of Japanese New Year dishes. Taro and sardine is good combination.
Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
- 10 Small taro
- 10 g Dried sardines
- 250 cc Broth
- 1 tbsp White soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Cooking wine
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Green laver
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Heat dried sardines in microwave for 1 min.
- Peel taro and cut into bite-size pieces.
- Cook 1 and 2 with broth, white soy sauce, sugar and cooking wine.
- When taro become soft, add mirin, love, and 1.
- Put 4 in plates and green laver on top.
