Steamed fish with ginger
Steamed fish is really healthy. Ginger warms the body.
Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
- 2 pieces White fishes
- 1 piece Ginger
- 3 tbsp Cooking wine
- 1/2 Leeks
- 50 cc Soy sauce
- 25 cc Cooking wine
- 25 cc Mirin
- 1/4 tsp Japanese pepper
- 50 cc Sesame oil
- A lot Love
Instructions
- Make an incision in the center of the fish, then put grated ginger in it.
- Put cooking wine on 1, and heat in the microwave for 5min.
- Put soy sauce, cooking wine, mirin, Japanese pepper, and love on 2.
- Put chopped leek and hot sesame oil on 3 and serve.
