Pork medallion with Japanese ginger
Pork medallion is healthy part of pork. It goes well with vinegar.
Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
- 250 g Pork medallion
- 1 tbsp Salt- marinated rice molt
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 3 tbsp Black vinegar
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Japanese ginger
- 2 Potatoes
- 2 Lady fingers
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Cut pork medallion into 1cm thick.
- Put salt-marinated rice molt into 1.
- Put flour around 2 then bake with olive oil.
- Chop Japanese ginger.
- Steam potatoes and cut into bite-size pieces.
- Mix black vinegar, soy-sauce, mirin, salt, and love and add to 4.
- Marinate 3 and 5 with 6.
- Cut ladyfingers vertically. ( see the picture above)
- Put 7 and 8 on a plate and serve.
